 Basic personality break down; Elizabeth is a strong minded political thinker, who prides her intelligence and has a deep wealth of knowledge to draw from, and that was before she took the throne. Though often she is slow to take her time to come to a decision, once that decision is made, she cannot go back on it. Though it's early in her reign, the effects of ruling have taken their effect, she's hard hearted in many ways after so many betrayals and threats to her life. At this point, she's still hesitating in resigning herself to a life of complete duty. The quietness, and caution to act may seem as weakness, but it's more watchfulness and waiting for the opportune moment. Mistaking this for fear and a soft heart has only lead her enemies to defeat at her hands, as she's just as ruthless as every other member of her family. Nor is it a lack of feeling for her duty, she's a highly passionate woman, much to her own downfall at times. She cares deeply for those in her favour. But times as they are, she cannot separate Queen from Woman, not even in her own heart, as being a good Queen is a mission of her heart, as she does not want to fail her father, or her brother and sister's choices. |
